Mountain Country Mortgage
www.mountaincountrymortgage.com

  • I was asked by the owner of Mountain Country Mortgage to give some ideas about marketing. I created cross marketing between local restaurants and businesses. Being the back side of sell sheet for a house doesn't get used, I put together free offers from local restaurants so that the flyers for the realtor & broker would have a longer shelf life. Most times these would end up in the trash can - no longer! This now made the mortgage officer more valuable for his services. I would love to explain the impact this created and how it opened doors. The presentation I developed for meeting with local realtors was, "I am not here to talk about rates. I am here to talk about marketing." Their jaws dropped. Most realtors don't know how to market or sell as they don't teach this in school, but I did. I would love to give more details. Let's talk.
